Hi everyone! I am not super into the social side and quietly have been gifting for some points, but I was noticing that I wasn't getting the 1 month and now 6 month loyalty badges. When I came on here to ask about it, it had me sign up separately for the forum. Was I not getting it because the badge is specifically for one month and 6 months on the forum?
Where it says how to get this badge all it said was " keep the good times rolling" so I thought that meant just keep being a fizz customer? But now I'm not at sure.

    I don't think, anybody is getting these dinosaur badges automatically. Must be a bug in Fizz' system. There have been multiple threads about this in the past. I had to get mine through support as well. Make sure, they open a ticket for your incident with a ticket number that you can see in your account. Otherwise, it will never go anywhere.

    The badges you’re referring to are part of the My Rewards program that you participate in due to your plan with us. This is not related to the forum. You can see more details here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-do-i-receive-my-rewards-program

    I have verified your account, and indeed, the badges are not unlocked. I have forwarded your case to a dedicated team who will check and unlock the badges for you. Please check your email inbox, as you should have received an email with the ticket details.
    You can also view the progress of your ticket by accessing your Fizz account and following these steps: My Settings > My Tickets.
