I have verified your account and I could see that the transfer was not initiated yet.
Please note that the transfer needs to be initiated by you through your account. To do so, kindly log in to your account, navigate to Manage Plan, and select Install eSIM.
In cases where the eSIM was not properly installed, the transfer must be started manually by clicking on the Start Transfer button within your account.
