Unable to purchase Travel Data
Hi,
I'm traveling to UAE tomorrow night and I couldn't purchase the travel data package.
After I choose the country, it show 3 data options, but I can't select/click on any of them.
Also I couldn't access the "My Plans" section of my account, the loading circle just kept spinning and nothing show up.
Is there a problem of the website?
I like Fizz, but come'on, please work harder on the website accessibility and stability, since it's one of very few ways end users could manage their account. It can't be broken so often like this. some days I can't print my bill, some days I can't log in.... you have been in business since 2018 and it's still buggy!! it's really not professional and complete as a communication service provider.

Try to clear the cash, cookies, open the site in Incognito mode or in a different browser.

I have tried clear caches and etc.
and I have tired to access that function with Chrome, Edge and Opera. All showing the same issue.0
