Fizz says they didn't receive my modem, charged me $258.00
I cancelled my internet plan and sent out the modem with FIZZ's mailing label weeks ago. Today I received an email that they haven't received my modem yet and charged me. I'm trying to contact FIZZ to get them to refund me since I did send it. What do I do? The fee shocked me.

 Sorry to hear about the issue.
 I verified your account and it looks like the modem was received also - the system refunded you 2 hours later after you were charged.
 We apologize for the inconvenience.
 The refund is already visible in your Fizz account in My settings - Transaction history : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders and in your bank account it will be available in a few business days.

            What tracking number shows? If it shows delivered you should be good. There were cases when the users were charged but they were refunded later. @Whizz please take a look. 0
