Mobile App continuously refreshes on Chrome
Hi All, I recently joined Fizz and i have to share my experience.
I signed up for the plan online (on my mobile) and after completing the payment and ordering and installing an e-sim, i tried to log back into my account and navigate to manage plan. However, Chrome kept refreshing the webpage repeatedly when i tried to navigate around the page.
It almost made the website unusable on my phone.
I tried to then log into my account on a PC and was able to get to manage plan, click on transfer number to Fizz.
Once transferred, i tried to go back into my account to do the APN updates and again the same thing. I had to go back to my PC to load APN settings and manually enter it into my phone.
I'm using a galaxy A54 so not a bad phone and not too old. So i was surprised with this. My chrome was fully updated at the time so no pending updates could be causing this. Anyone else have same issue?
My request to Fizz is... please fix this. Please also roll out an app that can be used to make this process more user friendly.

Hello @naveed
Thank you for letting us know about this.
As you mentioned that the issue was not resolved by clearing cache and cookies, it might be a good idea to reinstall the chrome application on your phone.
If this doesn't fix the issue, please check if it persists using a different browser or a private/incognito window. In case you won't be able to find a solution, please contact us from the support page and we will assist you further.
Also, we don't have an application to manage your Fizz account at the moment. However, our website has been designed to allow you to manage your account online, even from your phone. If you want to create a shortcut to your Fizz account that works like an application, please check this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-apps
Have a good one!

Just delete the cash and cookies or try it in incognito mode. Fizz recommends to use Firefox to browse their website.
