pay-as-you-go roaming rates
Hoping to reach one of the @Whizz. In a previous thread, you said, to look up pay-as-you-go roaming rates, paid through the Fizz Wallet, we'd have to follow these steps:
The pay-as-you-go roaming rates outside your coverage area can be found in your account. To view the rates, please go to My Plans in your Fizz account. If you have more than one plan, simply scroll to the plan you wish to modify, click the Manage button, which will open the Manage interface. From there, select Travel, then enter the name of the main country you will be traveling to. On the next screen, choose Pay As You Go. This will display the different Pay As You Go rates for your specific Zone.
Can you please actually try this out on a live account? Because I don't get any option to "choose Pay As You Go" on the Travel page after entering the destination country. And neither are lots of other customers apparently, judging by the questions that keep coming up about this topic regularly. The only option I see on that page is "Choose your Travel add-ons". And it has been like this since Feburary/March time frame.

Thank you for the question. You are indeed correct.
To properly access Pay As You Go roaming rates through your Fizz Wallet, you need to go to: My Plans > Manage my plan > Wallet

Try it in private mode.

Indeed, "Pay as you go" option is not there @Whizz

Try private mode with Firefox. The website work great with it.
