I want to inform you that some channels are only available through your Fizz Wi-Fi network. This includes TSN channels as well.
If you are using a mobile connection or a different Wi-Fi network, these channels will not be available.
If these channels are not showing up even when you are connected to your Fizz Wi-Fi network, please try reinstalling the application. If the issue persists, please contact us from the support page for further assistance. You can do that here: https://fizz.ca/en/support

What does it say in your Fizz account? Have you checked on another device? TSN 1/3/4 are additional channels, are they still a part of your package?
