Issue with using the add-a-line number

Hey,
I had added another line under my account and I brought the number over from a different company. But the thing is - it's not working, like I can call on that number but I can't receive call from that number

    Have you tried to restart the phone? 
    Sometimes a simply restart can fix these situations.
    Do you encounter the issue with all phone numbers or this specific one?
