Roku TV App needs improvement and new channels are needed.

On April 9, I reported an issue I was experiencing with Fizz TV on Roku. When changing channels, the app shows the channel name but not the program currently airing. Additionally, the app sometimes freezes and displays a spinning wheel when switching channels.
Due to these ongoing issues, I unsubscribed.
On June 9, I decided to resubscribe to see if the problem had been resolved — unfortunately, it had not. The Roku TV app still has the same issues as before. As I mentioned in April, this seems to be a long-standing problem that VMedia has not addressed for over two years.
I’ve now unsubscribed again, but I plan to try the service once more in August. By then, I hope to see some improvements, including the addition of these channels:
Home Network History Channel History2 (H2) Showcase Flavour Network Smithsonian Channel
These are must-have channels.
I also suggest adding CTV VOD to the service. Currently, only Global TV VOD is available.
Lastly, the picture quality needs improvement to meet today’s viewing standards.
