My plan is offered at a cheaper price...

I saw my internet plan is offered at a cheaper price. However, when I try to do the change, since the plan parameters do not change the Fizz tool does not authorize the change.
Is there a moderator that can contact me for further communication?

    I saw other people post the same issue, they suggested changing plan then changing back or contacting supported via chat

    I investigated your Fizz account, and I can see that the plan change option is available for your internet plan. You can make the modifications from your Fizz account under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan.
