I am sorry for your situation.
I invite you to update the payment method and then retry the payment from an incognito page of your browser.
Please update the payment method, under My settings, Payment methods, Update payment method.
Once you added a new card, please set it as default to your plan under My plans, Manage, Change payment method.
Then, you can make the payment under My plans, Proceed to payment.
