i cannot activate my sim card

recevied it in the mail yesterday and when i go ti activate it the page either goes blank after i try to continue or it just stays the same. Please if anyone know how to fix this help me, ive tried contacting them, using incognito or other devices/browsers but its the same on all.

    Sometimes pages in my account appear blank too, if refreshing doesn't work waiting a few minutes usually does.
    If you contacted support, what did they say?
