The service is down in Beaconsfield, QC.
Modem reboot doesn’t help, Support (https://fizz.ca/en/support) doesn’t respond.
How can I get someone look into the issue?

Usually when there is an outage they are overwhelmed by the requests
Looking on the hydroquebec outage it seems to be a problem in that sector, and if a couple of street near you, they have an electric outage, this can affect your internet too

Sorry to hear about the issue.
The chat function works and our agents are doing their best to reply to everyone but there`s a slight backlog on contacts.
Regarding your issue - it appears that there`s a general maintenance on the network grid in your area, as it appears that you and a few other neighbors in your area are affected by it.
On a deeper check, it appears that the service should come back today , later in a few hours, so I just advise you to reboot the modem every few hours to check if the connection is back online.
To reboot the modem, please unplug the power cable from the power socket for 2 minutes, plug it back in and wait and check if the service is back online. ( as shown here at point 2 https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do )
