unable to change my email address? (proton domains)

Tried to change my email address via chat and they were unable to.
it is XXXXXXX@protonmail.com (the also use @proton.me). Can we get those domains added to the database of accepted domains to change our emails too? They're both privacy focused domains, and, tbh, I feel i should be able to use whatever email address i want to use

Thanks for reaching out.
If you're trying to change your email to one using a Proton domain (like @protonmail.com or @proton.me),
I wanted to let you know that unfortunately, Fizz does not currently accept these domains.
Because of this, I'm unable to make the change for you.
I recommend creating a new email address using a more widely recognized domain—such as Gmail, Outlook, etc.
