After making the necessary verifications into the Fizz account associated with this email address, we noticed that there is no broadband subscription visible therefore this is why no one came.
In this case, we kindly suggest you to start over the process.
To do that, you can access My plans- Add a home internet plan and then follow the on-screen steps to complete the process.
In the moment of subscribing, the payment for the plan is taken even though the activation will start after the modem will be delivered therefore please confirm the payment.
After that, the plan will appear in My plans section from your Fizz account.
