Tried everything and nothing working. Internet does not work

    I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector and your modem signals appear to be optimal.

    Also, you can try resetting the modem to factory settings if you are having trouble connecting. In order to do this, press the modem’s reset button for 10-20 seconds using a small, sharp object. Once your modem has restarted, follow the same instructions you used when you initially installed it.
