Are people still experiencing a lot of bugs with the Fizz website?

I kept trying to set up a new plan through Fizz. When I clicked 'Confirm' to pay for my new plan, I received a generic error message with no explanation. I had to try on three different devices and on different networks. It eventually worked on my phone over the mobile network. I noticed Fizz is advertising way more in Winnipeg, and I really want them to succeed because it would mean more competition in the Canadian telcomms market. So, I'm posting this to bring more attention to the site functionality issues. I guarantee they are losing potential converting customers because of similar issues.

    Hello @ksok27,

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.

We understand that the website can be moving a bit slow sometimes, due to a large number of users accessing it during peak times. However, I can assure you that we have dedicated teams working to improve the website functionality and performance.

I verified your account, and I don't see any plan opened recently. If you still encounter issues, I recommend clearing cache and cookies from your browser and trying again using an incognito/private window.

Also, if you encounter issues in the future, I recommend contacting us directly from the support page so we can provide the proper assistance as soon as possible. You can do that here: https://fizz.ca/en/support

We appreciate your understanding in this situation.

    Have a good one!

    Hi @ksok27

Clear your browser cache, try a private browser, turn off your VPN if you have one.

Try mode private with your browser. Des able VPN if you have.

I also have some login issues, maybe related to browser incompatible.
