I got the following email

The email does not contain an attached file.

The law states that Fizz must

Notices must:

  1. state the claimant's name and address

  2. identify the copyright material that is alleged to have been infringed and the claimant's interest or right with respect to that material

  3. specify the location data (e.g. the web address or Internet address associated with the alleged infringement)

  4. specify the infringement that is alleged

  5. specify the date and time of the alleged infringement

I spent an hour with a Fizz technician and they systematic ally refused to acknowledge that they must provide that information.

**What can I do?
**

If I had that information I could find out which computer in the house had that file of play with the router rules.

It seems that someone using your connection was sharing some copyright media, check who is using some kind of sharing program like torrent

Yes I know. The question is Fizz is supposed to share basic information in the notice and did not.

In this case just ignore this email until all the details are provided.

Hello. Check if you might have a software that blocked the attachments.

The best way is to ask them and explain to them. What did you download and where..

Go around the computers and check what they have downloaded. The date of the file will tell you when..

I don't think it's Fizz sent you the email. You can reply that email to ask more information.
