Won't let me change my current plan to the lower price...

Currently paying 39$/month for the Download 30 Mbps, Upload 10 Mbps plan.
This same plan currently has a promotional price at 33$/month. However, when trying to select it, I get the error message: There appears to be no change to your plan. If you want to adjust your plan, try again and resubmit.
So I can't get the promo price on my current plan and Fizz Support can't change it manually... Only option would be to change my plan and next billing cycle, reselect my old plan with the new price. That seems like a ridiculous way to make a pricing update that should be simple.
Is there another solution available to solve this?
Thanks!

I did. They said they can't change it manually, to change to another plan, then change back to my current plan next billing cycle.
They'll submit a ticket but who know if it'll actually get fixed.

Hi @Thierry C. #38944
This seems to be a display error1 -
@Thierry C. #38944 I don't see there has the promotion for $33 also. How much do you pay your current plan? Do you have $6 discount applied on it? I think that's why it is showing the price is 33.
