Phone order not received
Hello, I placed an order for an iPhone 15 for the anniversary but I did not receive it the tracking number indicates that it has been delivered. But however, I opened a ticket regarding this problem but for a long time I have had no answer. Currently it is very embarrassing to live without necessarily being located in this situation.
I asked a refund or replacement but Nothing has been offered to me at the moment
