I can not receive sms messages

I have an iPhone 15. I can send SMS (green) messages but I cannot receive SMS messages. I can receive iMessages (blue) no problem.
My ios is up to date and I have rebooted the phone. My number is properly registered on the phone. I can send and receive voice calls. I reset “Network Settings” and restarted my phone. I have no blocked numbers. Airplane mode is off.
My wife also has FIZZ on her iphone 14 and she can send and receive SMS messages in the same location, so coverage is not an issue.

    Is this a single person you cannot receive text messages from or do you not receive texts from anybody at all?

    Try to completely disable iMessage AND RCS messages on ALL devices that share your Apple ID, including but not limited to your iPhone.

    If the problem persists, check with one of your contacts you are not receiving texts from and make sure their phones sent you actual text messages (aka SMS), NOT iMessage or RCS.

    If it is a single person or select number of people you are having issues with, they may also have to check settings at their end.

    Ignore any comments here about unlimited text plans, money in wallet or number format. They'd only apply for sending texts, which works fine for you, you are only having issues with receiving (which is always free).

    Have you put the country code ("1") before your contact's number?
    I have a friend who had this problem, and adding a 1 before the phone number solved the problem.

    Hi, SMS does not go through the Internet, so you need to have money in your wallet if you haven't chosen the unlimited text option.

    Do you have unlimited texts in your plan? If not do you have an addon or money in the fizz wallet

    Make sure that "Do Not Disturb" or "Airplane Mode" is not enabled on your phone.

    Have you enabled send as text message toggle when iMessage is not available?

    Ask your wife to send you SMS message to see if you can receive it or not. If not, reset your network settings and try again.

    How do you know you can't receive them?
    Some kind of error message?
    Was it working at some point, then stopped? Or never since you signed up?
    How long has that been?
