eSim activation is not working.

I've tried using the QR code and entering it manually, neither worked. My phone is compatible with Fizz eSim so I don't know what the issue is. I've tried restarting my device as well, but no luck. What are the next steps?

Did you activate the wifi? Installing the eSIM need internet

Sorry to hear about the issue.
I verified the account and it appears that the eSim has been enabled.
Right now, you should start the transfer process by going to My plans - Install eSim
Make sure that you reply to the transfer authorization request that you provider will send you ( you can also contact them to confirm the authorization request once you initiate the transfer ).
