Humble Request to Remove Spam Label and Ensure Correct Caller ID for My Phone Number!!!!!
Dear Fizz Support Team,
I recently ordered a SIM card through your website and was assigned a new number. I believe this number was not previously in use by someone else. I have been a loyal Fizz customer for over three years and truly appreciate the service so far.
However, I’ve noticed that my number is being marked as spam when I make calls. This is especially concerning as I am currently searching for a job, and I worry that potential employers may not answer my calls due to the spam label.
I kindly request that you check the status of my number and help remove any incorrect spam designation associated with it. Your assistance in resolving this issue would mean a lot to me during this important time.

This is not Fizz or all provider. This is who give phone number on Canada. For Fizz the solution is change number.

Sorry to hear about the issue.
We can't really control how the numbers are being seen by other providers so as the other users suggested, it`s just easier to change your phone number.
I can confirm that the change has already been made as I see the order on your Fizz account.
