HD Calling & HD+

And do we see HD+ calling as well or not?
Anyone here from Vancouver, using Fizz for a while - how's you experience so far, in terms of reception/speed?

Hey. Thank you. I just subscribed to it today and so far my experience has been good because I tried doing some texting and calling and they're working fine in my place in Vancouver!
I was curious many people are saying that they're getting 50 gigs for free. 10 x 5.
So how can I claim it or do I have to wait for a few days or so to be eligible for that? It seems like an amazing thing for the customers0 -
The 50 extra gigs were added to existing customer's account last week. As a new customer, who only just subscribed, you may not be able to get them. You can always try https://fizz.ca/en/support but it would depend on their goodwill.

Hello Shubh_Scooby ,
Depending on your phone model you should be able to see the marking if your phone supports VoLTE and if you have a VoLTE Sim card.
Since I see that you have them in your account, everything should be just fine, so you should have no issues with the calls and their quality.
If you do encounter any issues, I suggest checking with our team on chat for further investigations while also checking the following link beforehand : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
Thank you for your understanding.
Have a good one,
