Tried to transfer to eSIM, can't use my line anymore

I tried twice to transfer to an eSIM after getting emails telling me to change SIM. First time it didn't work properly so I deleted and re installed an eSIM, didn't work properly again so I tried to repeat the manipulation but I can't get a new QR code anymore. My line is technically existing but I cannot access to it. No calls, texts or data.

    I verified your account and I can see that the sim card change requested was not completed. As you mentioned that you encountered issues with the QR code, I want to inform you that you can also install the eSIM manually from your device settings.

    The steps can be slightly different depending on your phone model: Here’s the usual path:
    Android: Settings > Network and Internet > SIM cards and cellular network
    Apple: Settings > Cellular network > Add an eSIM
