Internet outage (Montreal - Plateau)

Anyone in Montreal (Plateau) not having residential internet since 4-5 hours today?

I reached out to Fizz's chat - even if Fizz's website mentions that all is beautifully working - there is seems to be an issue in the area, and Fizz support don't seem to know what it is and when it will be fixed...
