I have upgraded my internet service last year and my plan is supposed to be 500 Mbps download/ 50 Mbps upload. But I'm constantly getting only 20 Mbps download/ 1.3 Mbps upload.

I restarted my modem, verify everything, try everything suggest on fizz and nothing change.

Running speed tests on different sites. Same constant results. PC connected directly to modem. Speed is the same as Wi-Fi - 20 Mbps/0.8 to 2.2 Mbps

Very disappointed. Please help me to establish the speed I'm supposed to get according to internet plan.

My stepbrother said that you found the same Mac number on a other client. The internet split between both client... Could be the same here?

    Hello JeeSka,
I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered with the home internet speed.
I’ve completed a full check on your account and modem. I can confirm that your modem is provisioned correctly with your current plan, which includes 500 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload.
The modem’s signal levels are within optimal ranges.
Additionally, I would like to clarify that only one client at a time can be associated with a given MAC address in our system. I’ve verified that your MAC address is unique and not in use by any other client, so there is no overlap or "split" occurring with another user, as mentioned by your stepbrother.
Since the modem and account setup are in order, the slow speeds may be related to other factors such as device limitations, Ethernet cable quality, background processes, or local network interference.
Please try and use a different ethernet cable to test if you can.
Make sure that you do not use a VPN.

If the issue persists, please try to do a factory reset of the modem. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button (the one in the back) for 30 seconds. Once the modem restarts, you need to connect to your Wi-Fi using the password on the back of the modem, then you will be redirected to Easy Connect.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
    Have a good day.
