940Mbits Internet package which has a speed of 200Mbits
I subscribed to Fizz last Friday. The technician came to deliver the router to me on Saturday.
I subscribed to a 940 Mbps service, but the speed I'm getting is 200 Mbps.
Of course, I restarted the Fizz router, reset it, and used wired and/or Wi-Fi.
I tried using only the Fizz router and using my own router.
I ran speed tests with the Fizz app, the Videotron website, and speedtest.net (directly from my router).
Fizz support is asking me for a photo of the router's location. Am I stupid? I've worked in IT and networking for 25 years.
Now what do I do, do I change my internet provider?
Regards

Hello Essniphor,
Thank you for your message, and I appreciate the steps you've already taken to troubleshoot the issue.
I’ve reviewed the situation using our internal tools, and I was able to confirm that there was a service unavailability in your area that was likely affecting your internet speed that you have contacted us a few days ago. The issue has since been resolved.
At this point, I recommend testing your connection again to see if the performance has improved.
If you're still experiencing reduced speeds, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly at https://fizz.ca/en/support so we can investigate further and ensure everything is working as it should.
Have a nice day.

Hello, the modem must be plugged directly into the wall socket.
Request a signal test because it seems like you have a signal problem.
Take a screenshot of the speed test from the following site via Ethernet: https://www.videotron.com/internet/test-vitesse?srsltid=AfmBOorCPISsMRQpVWVB0hYhxBAQhDmtEzX0C4Ga6VuNJ3roQam4HXdw
