How to activate my ESIM

Hello! I was activating my esim and I wanted to verify the internet connection of my phone, and suddenly, when I started to look again at the initial page after verifying the QR code, it disappeared. So, I just did the same process, open my camera, scan the QR code and so on, but now it's not working, it appears a message telling me: error, contact your carrier. Also, I tried to activate the esim manually, but the same message telling me error appears and also contact your carrier. Can someone help me with this, please? thanks!!

    I am glad to offer you the necessary information.
    Verifying your Fizz account, I noticed that your eSIM status is enabled, meaning that the eSIM is activated on your device.
    At this moment, to finish the transfer you will have to access your Fizz account, under My plans, Install my eSIM, then press the green button '' Start the transfer''.
