Trying to gift data and it's not working

Anyone have any idea of what's wrong?
Also if there's anyone else who needs data feel free to respond to this post with your code as well, I have quite a bit and it expires in 30 days or less. Thanks!

Just a small reminder, you can gift data from your monthly plan only, rolled-over data can not be gifted.
If you are doing everything right and still can't send data gifts then please contact customer support at https://fizz.ca/en/support and click on the green bubble at the bottom right corner.0

It's not from my monthly plan, it's from my rewards. It literally says under it, gift some data. Why would they suggest to gift my data if it's not giftable?0

As @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 , you can gift data only if your mobile plan includes data at the base.
By verifying your Fizz account, I noticed that your plan is not having any data included therefore this is why it is not working.
There are a few perks available however those are not giftable, you can only apply those for your plan in order to be able to use the services.

You can change your plan by accessing My plans- Manage plan- Change my plan and add mobile data and at the starting of the following cycle, when the change will be effective, you will be able to gift, if you will want that.
