Why are my phone calls not going through to me?

If i get a phonecall I'm told it rings and rings, yet on my end it never rings or shows up on call logs.

    Hi, what is you model of your phone ?
    What plan have you ?
    Have you voicemail and work ?
    You, if you call your phone with other phone it work ?

    I am sorry for the situation encountered.
    I’ve checked your account and everything appears to be in order on our side. 
    In situations like this, the issue is often related to call forwarding settings, blocked numbers.
    I’d recommend checking: that call forwarding is disabled on your phone, your blocked numbers list and Do Not Disturb settings.
    For iPhone
    -Open Settings: Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
    -Select Phone: Scroll down and tap on Phone.
    -Call Forwarding: Tap on Call Forwarding.
    -Toggle Off: If it is enabled, toggle the switch to turn it off. You may also need to clear any number entered in the "Forward To" field.
    For Android
    Open Phone App: Launch the Phone app from your home screen or app drawer.
    Access Settings: Tap on the three dots or More option, then select Settings.
    Call Forwarding: Look for Call Forwarding in the settings menu.
    Turn Off Forwarding: Disable all types of call forwarding (unconditional, when busy, when unanswered, and when unreachable).
