Payment for suspended plan - Stuck on Loading Screen

Hey y'all!

My phone plan went into suspended status but every time I try to click to make my payment I am brought to an endless loading screen. I have tried several different browsers, incognito mode, and different devices but I am stuck in this limbo. I have opened several tickets but because of the system, I am unable to pay and re-activate my phone plan. My job depends on being accessible by phone at a moments notice plus if I'm with my young family members and can't make a call I am putting them at risk. I've contacted chat and made several efforts to get tech support but it's been over three days without any ability to make my payment. I can't even switch providers because of the suspension status.

What can I do in this situation?

    Hello, with a regular credit card you don’t need to go pay every month, and there are also limits for paying with prepaid cards.

    The problem may come from other antivirus programs or VPNs that should be disabled to go on the Fizz site. It works very well in private mode with Mozilla Firefox.

    Clear the cache and/or use a browser in private mode.
