Dual Sim, Fizz is ESim
I am using my other service provider for call and text.
I have an Android Samsung phone.
I live in Brampton, Ontario Area.
Having problem Connecting to Fizz network, it always says no internet connection.
Please explain why not working, phone is showing that it has both sims (Fizz is esim).

I am sorry for the situation encountered,
I have verified your account and I do not see any issues with your plan. Everything looks good on our end.
I would suggest that you make sure your data is enabled on your phone and deactivate the Wi-Fi and the other sim card you have in your phone to test.
You can also try to restart the phone to see if that changes anything.
For Android phones, you may need to configure APN on your own if it doesn't do it automatically.
Fizz APN settings are:
APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl
Make sure that the Fizz network is selected when you try to use your data and you have signal.

Verify Compatibility: Some phones might not be fully compatible with Fizz’s eSIM. Double-check compatibility on Fizz’s website.

Ensure Proper Installation: If the eSIM wasn't installed correctly, it may not work as expected.
Restart Your Phone: A simple restart can sometimes resolve connectivity issues.
Toggle Airplane Mode: Turning airplane mode on and then off can help reset the connection.

You may have to select the Fizz sim to be used for data. You find this menu in Settings under Connections, Network & Internet or something similar.
