i am not sure if what i ordered is confirmed and on the way.
just need some reassurence that i did everything correctly after following the steps

    I have verified your account and I was unable to find any order on it.
    Know that when you are making an order after you finish and confirm it you will always receive a confirmation email from us.
    Also since our service is prepaid you are charged for the service right away.
