My voicemail cannot be accessed and I CANNOT reset my PIN!

I see the community has brought the same issue for over 3 years and still hasn't been resolved?? This is disappointing and such a rip off!! I'm sharing this on my social media never to use FIZZ as it's such a rip off and scam!! there is no voicemail feature!! Don't use this service!

Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I verified your mobile plan, and I can see that the Voicemail option is currently active. If you are having issues accessing it, you can change your voicemail PIN directly from your Fizz account. In order to do this, you can follow these steps: My Plans > Manage My Plan > Advanced Parameters > PIN to Access Your Voicemail.

This is weird, I am using my voicemail without any problem. @Whizz please take a look.
