has anyone had success getting a retroactive discount applied?
A few days later the same phone now comes with a 70% discount
im still within the 15 day return policy. I was hoping an agent would be able to apply the new discount on my account. In order to save me the hassle from returning the phone, restarting the process just go get the same phone. But sounds like it can't be done.
I understand promotion changes, but it's been a few days and I'm still within the return period.
Anyone with similar experience?

Sadly there is no easy option here, as when a discount is already applied we cannot apply another one retroactively, only for new orders.
I understand that this might not be to your liking but there`s not much that can be done from our side also.
