I verified your account and it appears that you managed to get refunded for the add-on that you purchased ( as you purchased the wrong one ).
The refund is already visible in your Fizz account via My settings - Transaction history : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/where-can-i-see-my-transactions-and-orders
