Month without internet after moving - internet speed at 1 mbps

Hi, I moved about a month ago and inputted my address change but once I moved, my wifi stopped functioning and has consistently been at 1mbps.
I have unplugged and restarted it, factory restarted it, and tried to activate it again but it says it has already been activated. Not really sure what to do and I’ve been pretty frustrated bc I’ve been working from home and have had to navigate to cafes and libraries to get my work done.
All the lights on the modem seem to be okay.
Also recently - the app has been saying my phone is not connected to the wifi even though my phone says it is.
Any help appreciated!!

    If you activate a new line this for 3 days (if you don't activate it ) will have a speed of 1Mbps
    if you moved this should not happen, try to check if you need to activate it https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-install-my-wi-fi-modem#6

    Log in to your Fizz account. 
    
    You should see a tile with your order details in the Overview section. If not, go to My settings ­>­­ Order history.  
    
    Activate your modem. It will then switch to the speed associated with your plan.
