Voicemail Number "Not In Service"?

i just got a voicemail this morning, and calling the number suddenly gives me the message that the number is not in service. i have voicemail on my plan, and the number is entered correctly... what's going on?

    contacted support and i guess it was an issue affecting everyone, so i'll wait for it to resolve

    EDIT: I still cannot access voicemail by calling, but I was able to successfully use Visual Voicemail- I was unaware that you needed to manually refresh the messages list by pulling down from the top.

    I tried to call the number and for me is working
    Do you have unlimited calls?
    If not, do you still have minutes?

    Can you try to reboot the phone or to call the number from another phone 1-514-647-0999

    i did reboot my device, and i can't try calling from another phone right now. i'll try removing and reinserting my sim maybe
    edit: removing and reinserting sim did nothing

    If you call the number with +1 is working?

    it doesn't work with the +1 but it doesn't tell me i need an add-on
