Problems reactivating my old phone number (not been paid within 60 days)

Hi

I can't seem to reactivate my phone number.
So, I don't know if I have to change SIM card because of it.

I have been trying to reactivate it, but it simply isn't the case since I haven't payed under in those 60 days.

So, do I have to get a new sim card AND a phone number
or could I still keep my old phone number but get a new SIM card?

    Hello Fatheha

Following my verification, you have cancelled your plan on 27/02 so you still have time to reactivate it if you wish to. Please try to clear the cookies and cache of your browser, then try again from an incognito window : My plans -> Manage my plan -> Reactivate. Here are more details https://fizz.ca/en/faq/reactivate

If you are within 60 days, you don't need a new SIM card, not sure about the new phone number. Please contact customer support if you can't reactivate it yourself.

    Hi @Fatheha
No you can use the old SIM however, you need to create a new plan and get a new number
