Why is the Fizz TV App resets every hour ?

At every 59th minute of every hour the fizz app makes a resets or cuts for like 10-15 seconds or so and i am always loosing the last part of my program. Am i the only one with this issue ? My app is up to date.

    I never had this problem, what you are describing it seems a problem linked with some kind of software configuration.
    Can you please give us more information

    • Device used
    • if you have this problem with other device
    • can you try the app on your phone for example to see if you have a similar behaviour
    • did you check the device to see if you have some settings, or other app on that device (which are using internet) have a similar problem?

    I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced issues with your TV app.
    You received some really good advice from elena code xzi4t.
    Please let us know what device are you using?
    Do you experience the same issue on any other devices?
    Can you try the app on other devices to see if the same behavior occurs?
    Is the internet working well in while you experience this or it's just that the TV app?
