delivery of a modem for Internet and TV
I ordered a modem for Internet and TV, the delivery day reserved was yesterday (April 18 2025). But I have not yet received it. I have checked several times the delivery status, it is indicated "On route". What can I do for that? To whom Can I contact? The order number is 7490620699 and the tracking number is 12004284.
