I tried activating a new plan but I get an error message. I have a physical sim card but it does not work. Now I can't even try again because it says I have cycled through 4 different series of phone numbers. I'm baffled.

    I want to inform you that you will not be able to retry the activation if you had a failed activation attempt recently.

    Please wait at least 30 minutes and try again using an incognito/private window.

    Yes you can only refresh 4 times the list of numbers, you need to wait 2 hours before trying again the activation the sim since it will be locked
