Sorry to hear about the issue with your eSIM. Once an eSIM is deleted, the original QR code cannot be reused, so you'll need a new one.To resolve this, follow these steps:
Log into your Fizz account and check your notifications to complete your transfer. Follow the prompts to select a new phone number—this step is required to finalize your current plan setup.
Once you've chosen a new number, go to Manage My Plan > Unsubscribe.
Since you're within the 15-day trial period, you'll automatically receive a refund for your plan.
After your current plan is deactivated, you can request a new transfer for your desired phone number.
During the new transfer process, you'll receive a new QR code to reinstall your eSIM.
