Accidentally deleted esim

Hi, after I received the instruction email, I tried to install and activate the new esim card, but I accidentally deleted that esim afterwards. Could you please help me to start over the whole process again with a new QR code for the esim (since I'm not in Canada at the moment I cannot receive a physical sim card). Thank you!

    Sorry to hear about the issue with your eSIM. Once an eSIM is deleted, the original QR code cannot be reused, so you'll need a new one.

    To resolve this, follow these steps:

    Log into your Fizz account and check your notifications to complete your transfer. Follow the prompts to select a new phone number—this step is required to finalize your current plan setup.

    Once you've chosen a new number, go to Manage My Plan > Unsubscribe.

    Since you're within the 15-day trial period, you'll automatically receive a refund for your plan.

    After your current plan is deactivated, you can request a new transfer for your desired phone number.

    During the new transfer process, you'll receive a new QR code to reinstall your eSIM.
