    Hi @Mahnoosh

Did you try to reboot the phone?

What is the signal level of your phone?

If you have an android phone check the APN https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

Did you try the SIM to a different phone?

You can also contact the support : https://fizz.ca/en/support

This is very strange, if you can try it to a different phone to exclude a problem with the HW, can you also share some places (but not with high precision)

This is the same with Wifi ?

    Possible problem with internal memory.

    Try resetting the phone.

What is the model of your phone ?

    WIFI works perfectly.

My phone is Samsung Galaxy S21 and I use it mostly for calls, Google maps and checking my emails (I don't have any game or unsafe applications on it).

The problem is with Data. I tried many locations, rebooted my phone, but still data is not working.

Check if your SIM card has the lightning bolt on it. If not, independently of this problem, you may want to get a new SIM as you're gonna need it from August to make phone calls over VoLTE.

As other members have suggested, if at all possible, try your SIM in another phone. Just to see if it is a phone problem or a network problem.

If things work better on the other phone, unroot your phone and make sure it gets the most recent official firmware.

Then reset your phone's network settings, probably somewhere under Settings→System→Advanced→Reset but every Android model is different. Should say something like Reset all WiFi, mobile and Bluetooth settings. Be aware this will make your phone forget all WiFi passwords of WiFi networks that you had previously registered to.

If it turns out to be a network problem, let us know and we have to figure something else.

Are you connected on 4g… what symbol do you have close to your signal icon? Also, since you have a lot of gb, you can try doing a speedtest and see what's the actual speed of your connection currently
