Fizz Rewards Not Updating – Normal?
I’ve noticed that while my forum posts still earn points, they’re not being added to my Fizz account anymore today. Is this normal after a certain point, or could there be a delay in the system updating rewards?
Has anyone else experienced this? Let me know! Thanks! 😊

Sometime there is a bit of delay, if you don't see them you need to contact the support
or you can open a ticket from your account my Settings → Resolve an issue

I have the same issue for a few months now, not receiving points for forum interactions and badges in account (gifts, membership duration and such..)
Customer service keep telling me to wait for tech staff resolution but eventually close my ticket and ignore it.

Please note that to ensure fairness and quality of interaction on the Forum, daily limits have been set for each action that can contribute to your My Rewards progression
So there is either a glitch or delay in the system, or you've reached your daily limit.

From what I can see in your Fizz account, there were points added for your Forum comments therefore everything appears to be in order.Are you still facing issues with those?
