Regarding the iMessage other user reported that started to working after couple of days
Regarding the signal do you have the network operator selector configured to automatic? iPhone: Settings → Operators → Automatic/Fizz
Contact the support if it doesn't work

What does "no service" mean exactly? Did you insert Fizz' SIM card? Does your phone register on any network? If so, have you tried outgoing text and call? What exactly is not working?
