Unable to view Overview, My plans, etc.

Hi.

I'll preface this by saying I've had an account with Fizz for over 5 years. Most of the time I never have issues with their mobile data service (which is what I use Fizz for). However, there are times when I would like to check my current data usage for the month, and this simply does not seem to be an option, which is extremely frustrating. The following issue has been occurring for over a year, and usually I just sit it out by waiting for my plan to renew, however I would like to verify if I actually fully used my plan or if there is a problem with my mobile phone, hence why I need to check my data usage.

When I navigate to https://fizz.ca/en , and click on the green button at the top right to log into my account, the following pages load sequentially in a split second, which I believe to be normal as the Overview page loads:
1. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui/prod/acount/overview
2. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui/prod/login
3. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui/prod/acount/overview
4. https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui/prod/

However, then the Overview page starts loading. On the left, I can see "Overview", "My Plans", "My Phones", "My benefizz". "Hello, Thomas" and a green loading icon display in the middle. Everything I just mentioned is quite literally displayed for 0.2 seconds before the entire tab turns grey. Nothing is displayed, there is nothing to click, no "back button" or anything, literally just a grey screen with " https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/login " displayed in the address bar.

Before anyone suggests it, yes, I've cleared my cookies and search history. Yes, I've disabled all ad blockers. Yes, I've tried logging in in incognito mode. Yes, I've even attempted all of the above on separate devices, both desktop and mobile.

Is/has anyone else experiencing/experienced this issue? Is there a known solution? Please let me know I find this infuriating :////

With all the things, you've already tried, I'm sure you've cycled the all the available web browsers as well? I'm using MS Edge and Safari@iPhone and they both work.

Since this issue seems to affect you specifically, I'd suggest to contact support https://fizz.ca/en/support

By the way, the customer overview page is
    https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/
At least it is for me, you listed a different URL above.

    Good morning @ThomasP

I use Safari on IOS and have never had that specific issue but….

I do get, on occasion, a grey screen, asking for login credentials. This will happen right when I try to log in before anything loads at all and I will not be able to login, so I give up till later in the day. I don’t clear cockles, cache, ad blockers or anything else. Later in the day, it works. Frustrating if you need the data right away for sure!

As MobileFizzer has suggested, if you haven’t already, try Chrome or Firefox as they seem to be the browsers of choice for programmers. As least in my experience.

Please let us know how you make out ok?

    Cheers,

    Brad

I get a similar issue either after login or when loading "my usage" page, it's usually resolved by waiting a few minutes.
