Hello,

Thanks for answering and it beats me why my first post/discussion has been closed yesterday...

Anyways, today's a new day and more bright outside.

I have done the following:
Unplugged the power cable that is plugged directly into the wall outlet; checked the two ends of the coaxil cable to see if it's not loose and if there's no damage (which both ends are well tight, not too tight); plugged back the power cable into the wall outlet and waited for about 30 minutes. As for checking if the modem was not too hot, I decided to place a PC ventilation fan on top to exhaust the hot air upward (plugged into another outlet via USB cable).

At this point, the power light was solid, but the Up kept blinking, so I pressed the back button for 10 seconds to factory reset it.

After about another 30 minutes, Up is still blinking while Down gives no light. I am able to log into the device using 192.168.0.1, but the strange thing is that the status shows that both LAN/WAN up time are more than 45 minutes.. there is still service. I had even typed back the information behind the modem unto WiFi internet connection... but to no avail. There had been a moment that my phone was picking up the wifi trying to be established, and that just for a few seconds before it stopped (as it reverted back to Mobile Data).

What now?

    Hi @OddPat

it seems that the modem is not able to sync with the cable signal, therefore, it seems a problem with the signal
