Internet issue, yet again...
So last week, the internet service has been down last week for like 5 times.
I was able to finally to factory reset the modem this last Monday. Everything worked for about 55hrs before going down, yet again.
I had followed every checking list of ensuring the stability of the cables... it's quite nerving to wonder what's going on with it?!!
What else can I do??

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I have made the necessary verifications in our tools, and I see there is no unavailability declared in your sector, nut your modem is currently offline.Please make sure the modem is connected directly to an electrical wall outlet, and you are not using an extension cord for the modem's connection.
Also, please check if the coaxial cable is properly screwed at both ends or if it is damaged in any way.
After that, reboot your modem by unplugging the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem, make sure all the lights on the modem are off; wait thirty (30) seconds, plug your modem back into the electrical outlet and expect a three minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.

Is your modem in a open space, where it will not overheat?
Contact the support, to have your line check and probably have a tech to verify it

Hi install Fizz Wifi Apps for test. Ask to Fizz to check signal.
Connect the modem directly to electricity.
